Water cooler on our floor was empty and it took a long time for room service to bring a pitcher. Other than that it was a great experience. Excellent staff, especially Tine at Breakfast. Thank you.

Great experience, very accommodating, everyone is so polite and respectful, food is so good and fresh, coffee is one of my favorite not just one boring choice but several kind of coffee. Pool is nice and kids friendly. I definitely want to go back and also recommend to friends and family.

I stayed for 6 days. Pros. Loved the 24 hr fully equipped gym with 2nd room for stretching and Pilates. The Lap pool was big and Spacious. The great scenic views of Makati from the higher floors and upper deck area. Great variety of food with Greenbelt mall right across the street with loads of restaurants. The only Con was I wish the pools hours were open a little longer.

Too expensive for a basic room

"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, ..."
